Founded in 1980, we are almost entirely owned by our management and employees with more than 100 employees spread across two offices in London and Edinburgh.
Our investment banking division provides services to more than 200 private and public companies, and we also act as adviser, sponsor and broker to more than 40 companies.
We are proud to be the exclusive UK member of Global M&A www.globalma.com the leading global partnership of independent corporate finance houses which services the growing market for international mid market M&A activity.
Our investment management division specialises in alternative asset classes in the UK and Europe covering private equity, venture finance, equity funds, property and infrastructure.
We are actively developing new funds in growth markets, and we currently manage eleven funds of between £3m and £100m.
We have five operating companies Noble & Company Ltd., Noble Fund Managers Ltd., Noble Fund Advisers Ltd., Noble Corporate Management Ltd. and Clear Capital Ltd. which are all authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority
