Noble Group strengthens its Board with the appointment of new Non Executive Directors - Keith Jones of Morley and Stephen Curran of Candover

Noble Group, the independent UK investment bank, today announces the addition of Stephen Curran and Keith Jones to its board as non-Exec Directors.
Keith Jones was Chief Executive Officer at Morley Fund Management from 1999 until he retired at the end of 2006. He was a Board Member of the IMA from 2003 to earlier this year and was Chairman of the ABI Investment Committee from 2004 to 2006. He has been a Director of the National Provident Institution and Lazard Brothers & Co, Director and Partner of James Capel & Co, consultant at the Henley Centre of Forecasting and prior to that an economic adviser for the UK Government during the 1970s.
Stephen Curran currently holds Directorships at Candover Investments plc, Greggs plc, Countryside Properties plc, and Oxford Investment Partners Limited. Stephen is still a Non Executive Director of Candover where he was Chairman from 1999 to 2006, and Chief Executive from 1991 to 1999, and Deputy Chief Executive from 1981 to 1991.
