Development Capital
We work with companies which have demonstrated strong revenue growth and require additional working capital or bridge financing to move to the next stage. Generally funds are used to increase production capacity, strengthen or add to service offerings, or acquire strategically important businesses. In some cases, fresh capital is required to extend a company’s runway prior to an IPO.
The Development Capital team works closely with our public equity team, and can therefore tap into relationships with a wide range of banks and institutions that actively participate in listings.
