Our venture capital team looks for highly talented management teams with groundbreaking products or services that have the potential to achieve industry leadership. We have backed many entrepreneurs in the UK that have taken companies public or sold them to trade buyers, and during this time we have built up invaluable relationships with sector specialists and other advisors which can help put your company on a much faster growth trajectory. We like to work actively with the management teams that we finance, and take a lead role in investment rounds.
We prefer companies which are within 12 months of profitability, and can demonstrate a clear path to exit. Prior to investment we usually spend a lot of time with management teams looking at growth plans and capital requirements, and gaining a better understanding of how we can help the company achieve its objectives.
The sectors that we focus on in particular include information and communication technology, healthcare, clean technology and natural resources.
