Noble Health Fund VCT (previously Sitka Health Fund VCT) was launched in February 2001. It is one of the only VCTs to specialise in the healthcare sector in the UK and provides exposure to a broad selection of investments in the healthcare market.
The Fund is managed by an experienced team of investment professionals, who together have 85 years venture capital and industry experience.
Managed by Noble Fund Managers, the fund invests in UK-based companies in UK-based healthcare companies, which have proven management and technology or business propositions which are protected by patents or know-how and where there are barriers to entry for competitors. The companies will be looking for between £300,000 to £1,000,000 in investment, and potentially larger sums when co-investing with major investors.

The VCT will invest in companies at various stages of their financing rounds, ranging from early stage through development funding to investments in companies which are raising money on AIM.
Through Noble Health Fund VCT, investors can access opportunities not otherwise widely available to private investors. The current portfolio of 21 companies was selected from over 900 investment opportunities, and the majority were in private unquoted companies.
