Our team advises on and manages investments for institutional and retail investors and our philosophy is to add value by combining the investment skills of experienced fund managers with hands on management.
We aim to provide enhanced returns for investors while reducing the risks as far as possible. We are actively developing new funds in growth markets.
Property
We adopt a deal driven approach and the team actively manages high quality commercial property opportunities where they can add value.
Equity Funds
We act as fund manager for specialist investment vehicles offering tax advantages to investors.
These include three VCTs:
- Noble AIM VCT plc
- Noble Health Fund VCT plc
- Noble Income & Growth VCT plc
We also conduct fundraisings for EIS schemes wishing to raise funds from the retail market.
Corporate Services
We offer a range of services to small/mid cap companies allowing them to outsource company secretarial, corporate governance, financial management and investment administration services.
