Property related opportunities tend to be deal and not sector focused. We are involved in a project's inception from its design through to its fundraising and we have a dedicated sales team who raise funds through financial advisers. Occasionally we may acquire an existing fund from a third party or as part of a larger acquisition.
The flagship fund at present is Noble Property Trust where the average lot size is c. £6m. There are three single asset funds all with property values of between £3 - £15m.
